Some of you may be familiar with how blogging works, while some of you may not. Thus, in order to help everyone get acclimated to the class blog, let's start with something simple: Tell us a little bit about yourself. The title of this post (and every other post you write in this class) should be your first and last name, followed by your class period. For example - "John Smith, 1st hour." In this post, tell us five things about yourself, such as number of siblings, favorite sports, favorite foods, favorite movies, career goals, so on and so forth. Finally, in the last sentence of your post tell us what is your favorite topic to study in World History. The post should be no more than one paragraph in length.

My parents are divorced, they got divorced last year, I have one living grandma left, and she is 61 years old. My birthday is Febuary 21st, I've played baseball for 4 years and hockey for 5 years, and I ran track in 6th grade. I'm Russian,German,Bulgarian, and Austrian. My favortie topic to study in World History is European and Russian history, and Ancient Greek.

To tell you somethiing about myself, I must tell you that I am in marching band and Concert choir at school, which I both enjoy very much. I also play softball, but not for the school. ReplyDeleteWell just a few things about my self. I was born on May 27th 1997. I have 3 older siblings (2 sisters and 1 brother). I have played softball for 9 years and i have cheered for 3. I have been watching football since i was a little girl because of my brother and it is my favorite sport to watch. You can't tell by my looks but i eat 24/7 and i love food... A LOT!!! if i had to pick a favorite it would be chicken wings or crab legs. I have been in 13 states and have never been in a car for longer than 6 hours at a time. If I had to pick a favorite topic to study in World History it would be Ancient Greece.

ReplyDeleteSo, typically, I'm not a very interesting person, so this is going to be boring and awkward. Well, first of all, I enjoy to write and read. I don't have any siblings, and I live with my parents as well as my grandma. My family and I like to travel about the United States during the summer; my favorite place we have been is Boston. I hope to be accepted into Boston University and pursue a degree in cultural or physical anthropology. In all honesty, I don't favor any topic of World History over another; I enjoy being educated in any area of history that is taught to me.

ReplyDeleteI like to hunt, fish, swim, play video games, and listen to music(esp. classic rock like Led Zepplin, Van Halen, etc.). I also play the tenor saxaphone in the Seckman High Jaguar Pride Marching Band. In history class I hope to learn more about the ancient roman empire(how it developed, its government system, daily life for a roman citizen, stuff like that).

My dad died of cancer when i was 5 so my mom is my hero for finding a way to take care of her children alone without going insane. Eventhough i never really knew may dad she tells me about him and it makes me want to learn which is why one of my favorite things to learn about history and more specifically ancient greece and greek mythology.
